O Almighty Father, Lord of heaven and earth, we confess that we have sinned against thee in thought, word, and deed.
Have mercy upon us, O God, after thy great goodness; according to the multitude of thy mercies, do away our offences and cleanse us from our sins; for Jesus Christ’s sake.
Almighty God, I have sinned against thee, and in penitence pray for thy forgiveness.
In thy mercy hear me, and give me strength to overcome my weakness and to live day by day according to thy holy will; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Lord, I have sinned against my neighbor, and therefore also against thee.
Forgive me, and grant me the humility and the courage to go and admit my fault and seek reconciliation, as our Master taught us to do. I ask this in his Name.
